It’s time to celebrate! Join us for an unforgettable evening filled with spectacular cuisine, splendid conversation and a couple of surprises thrown in.

Enjoy water transfers from ICC Sydney around the Harbour with front row views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House. With exclusive private access to the iconic Luna Park, we kick off the carnival fun with some classic rides whilst enjoying some light refreshments and canapés. The main event will be within the renowned Crystal Palace Ballroom where you will be treated to an evening of spoils including live music and a delectable degustation menu.
